Since 2000, the same maker stands behind every garden swing leaving our Gelibolu factory. Our word comes before our paperwork.
1. The Maker's Word
We have been producing under the same roof, with the same founding team, for 25 years. Throughout that time:
- Price transparency — we publish our model prices openly on the site. Negotiation remains open, but we have no reason to claim there is no list price.
- Direct line to the maker — for orders, production updates, shipping and after-sales you speak with the maker through WhatsApp; there is no call-centre layer in between.
- 25+ year care commitment — after the 2-year manufacturing warranty we still provide spare parts, maintenance and repair. Your swing can be used for a lifetime.
- Stand behind it, signed — at every stage of production (cutting, assembly, oiling, packaging) we share factory photos and video; you may ask for footage of any stage. We welcome customers to visit the factory.
2. Transparent Material Chain
We produce Mihenk 2400, Lavinya 2100, Almila 2800 and Bespoke; the material source is the same and named for every model.
Iroko Timber (all models)
We use first-grade solid Iroko timber of African origin. Iroko is a dense-grained hardwood with high natural oil content; it is among the solid materials that need the least additional protective coating in outdoor conditions. We apply Italian Teak oil on top.
Cushion
Oxford UV 6+ polyester fabric (240g/280m weight), silicone fill. UV fade resistance is guaranteed for 1 year, stitching workmanship for 2 years.
We do not produce swings with plastic, MDF or metal frames. Cost pressure has not forced us to lower the material grade, and will not.
3. Team and Factory Discipline
- Core team — a four-master team at our Gelibolu production area; capacity flexes upward with order volume.
- Same team, same work — each master works on the same process step over the years; deepened mastery rather than constant rotation.
- Personal protective equipment — dust mask, ear protection, safety goggles and helmet are standard wear on the production floor.
- Fire safety — our factory holds a current fire-safety certificate; extinguishing equipment is on periodic maintenance.
- Open door — we are open to factory visits by appointment. If you wish to see your swing's production live, let us know on WhatsApp.

The official documents and rights below are active today. They are shared as a photocopy or PDF on request; you may also inspect the originals at the factory in person.

5. Upcoming Document Schedule
In the sector, placing a certificate logo on the page while hiding the number, the date and the auditing firm has become a habit. We do not take that path: we publish a document, with its number and verification details, as soon as it has passed audit.
