The Bespoke process takes 21-45 working days. No fee during the sketch phase — 50% deposit once production is approved.

- Step 4Production3-6 weeks of production — solid-wood cutting, assembly, Italian Teak oil application, final master finish.

Bespoke process — questions
What is the difference between bespoke and a standard model?
Standard models (Mihenk, Lavinya, Almila) ship from stock in a fixed size + fixed configuration. The bespoke process: dimensions, material, cushion, ergonomics (stepped/fixed) and details (integrated lighting, a cover, a side-table integration, etc.) are all designed to your space and request. Delivery in 21-45 business days — a dedicated batch.
Why is the bespoke price range so wide?
It varies between ₺195,000 (a simple custom size) and ₺450,000 (special wood + integrated lighting + a large frame) depending on the scale of the request + material + number of details. The exact price is given after the sketch + measurements.
What wood options are available?
Solid Iroko by default (the Mihenk backbone). On request, Teak, Cumaru or aged-Iroko plank. We do not make plastic, MDF, chipboard or metal frames — that is outside our factory philosophy.
Is a deposit required?
50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before delivery. No charge during the sketch stage.
Is shipping free, and to which cities?
Free shipping to all 81 provinces of Türkiye. Delivered to your door in 3 flat-packed crates.
How long is the warranty?
2-year warranty, covering materials and workmanship.
