How many seats? Sizes for 3, 4 and 5 people
Seating width and load capacity decide how many people a swing takes. All three series share the same solid Iroko body; the sizes below match the technical data on the product pages.
3-seater garden swing
Most 3-seater swings on the market are 170-190 cm wide. For a garden or terrace where three people sit regularly, the Lavinya 2100 (195 cm, 380 kg) is enough and fits compact spaces. If you want three to sit comfortably and four when needed, the Mihenk 2400 (211 cm, 400 kg) is the right size; the extra 20-40 cm shows in the reclined position and on a cushioned seat.
4-seater garden swing
The Mihenk 2400 and Lavinya 2100 seat four. The Mihenk measures 211 × 134 × 195 cm and carries 400 kg; the Lavinya measures 195 × 132 × 195 cm and carries 380 kg. With swing clearance, about 320 × 200 cm of free space and a 220 cm ceiling are enough for the Mihenk; the Lavinya needs about 20 cm less width. On both, the back adjusts through 5 positions and becomes a bed in the last one.
5-seater garden swing
The Almila 2800 seats five: 250 × 138 × 200 cm. The standard 5-position version carries 460 kg, the fixed-back sub-option 480 kg. It is sized for large families, summer verandas and hotel terraces; because of the wider body, the space should be about 40 cm wider than for the Mihenk.

How do you choose between wooden garden swing models?
By number of seats
If two or three people sit regularly, Lavinya 2100 is enough. Its 195 cm width is sized for compact terraces. For four, Mihenk 2400 is the right size. Its 211 cm width seats three comfortably and four fully, and it carries 400 kg. For five, a large family or a summer-house garden, choose Almila 2800: 250 cm wide, 460–480 kg.
By space
A swing takes up more than its frame, so allow room for the swinging motion. Mihenk 2400 needs roughly 320 × 200 cm of clear space and 220 cm of ceiling height. Lavinya needs less room and Almila needs more. The size guide has a detailed table for terraces, balconies and gardens.
By location
Garden, terrace, veranda or poolside: solid Iroko stays outdoors in all four. The canopy blocks the sun and comes off in two minutes when needed. On wind-exposed terraces, the hooked canopy fitting matters most. By the pool, the water-repellent olefin cushion does. In an enclosed winter garden, the swing is used all year round.
By backrest and bed preference
Mihenk, Lavinya and Almila come with a 5-position backrest as standard: conversation, reading, rest, reclining and, at the last position, a bed. For those who prefer a fixed back, Almila 2800 has a non-adjustable option. It has the same frame and the same materials, at a lower price.
By material
Most wooden garden swings have pine or spruce frames with a varnish finish. Outdoors, varnish cracks and softwood absorbs moisture. All three of our models have frames of 100% solid Iroko, finished with three coats of Italian teak oil. The difference shows in the price. Over the years, it returns in upkeep and lifespan.

Factory prices start at 145,000 ₺. Three things set the price: kiln-dried solid Iroko timber from Cameroon, the registered 5-position mechanism and Solution-Dyed Olefin cushions. There is no intermediary margin. The price is stated openly on the product page, and a 2-year manufacturer's warranty and free delivery to all 81 provinces are included.

Instead of a film-forming varnish, we apply Italian Teak oil (natural vegetable oil + UV inhibitor) that penetrates the wood fibres. We use no plastic, MDF or metal frame. What is the difference between the garden swing models?
The three series share the same frame, materials and mechanism. They differ in length, seats and load rating: Lavinya 2100, compact, 4 seats · 380 kg; Mihenk 2400, 4 seats · 400 kg; Almila 2800, 5 seats · 460–480 kg. Almila also has a fixed-back option.
I'm looking for a 3-seat garden swing. Which model suits?
Mihenk 2400. Its 211 cm width seats three comfortably, and with four it stays within its 400 kg capacity. For a narrower terrace, Lavinya 2100 (195 cm) also seats three comfortably.
Why do garden swing prices vary so much?
The difference comes from the materials. Swings with pine or spruce frames, varnish and polyester cushions are not in the same category as solid Iroko, teak oil and Solution-Dyed Olefin cushions. Our prices are factory prices. Standard models range from 145,000 ₺ to 199,000 ₺, and Bespoke starts at 195,000 ₺.
Can a wooden garden swing stay outdoors in winter?
Solid Iroko can. Its high natural oil content keeps moisture out, so snow, rain and frost do not harm the frame. Store the cushions indoors over winter and refresh the oil in spring.
Which model fits a terrace or balcony?
Mihenk 2400 needs 320 × 200 cm of clear space and 220 cm of ceiling height. Lavinya 2100 manages with an area about 20 cm narrower. No floor anchoring is needed. The size guide has a detailed table for terraces and balconies.
Can I see the models in person?
Yes. At our Istanbul showroom, you can see Mihenk 2400 and the other models and try the positions. Production takes place at our factory in Gelibolu.
